hey guys, a little sad news for my rx7. My brother smacked a guardrail while driving my 7 last week. Now, he claims the brakes failed, but he isnt very trustworthy at times, so who knows. The good thing is, the damage isnt too terrible. The front passenger fender is trashed, and the rear tail light is broken. So, if anyone has either of these, let me know, and I'll buy em off you. It'd help me out a lot! (The car is a 85)

waaait a second. What color was it? There arnt a lot of turbo fb's around here. I've been out of town, and my brother, freaking 18 years old, has been "driving it around the block" so that it doesnt go a month at a time without running.

So lets see, its that kind of charcoal grey. Stock exterior. Only thing not stock looking about it is a fuel pressure guage sticking up on the cowl. Was it last wednesday you saw it? i can probably answer all these questions myself by going back in the thread, which I will do now.

I dont have a problem with virginia its just because of someone im leaving. i lost alot of friends because of monty lieing on me so im leaving because i hate being around liars and such, virginia is great i grew up here i wish i didnt have to leave but my boyfriend is getting stationed in Rhode Island and im going with him for 2 years. Ill bring my car by at some of the meets b4 i go so yall can see her, she is running great now, im so happy i got her back.

I'm pacing the house like a madman right now. He graduated from high school last night, and was out at some party all night. He hasnt come back yet. But oooohhhhh, I'm waiting. yeap, he just got home. THere was a lot of yelling. I think I told him several times that he was still jusdt a little kid who couldnt man up to his own mistakes. a lot of good stuff. So yea, that WAS my turbo fb that smacked a wall at langley. I wasnt driving it though. I still want to know how it did, hell if I'm asking my brother "So besides the fact that you took the car without asking, and hit a wall with it, how'd you do??"

He said it did well. Apparently he slid backwards through the finish line. Who knows how it did really, I'm over at dragva.com trying to find some more info.

 

I am pretty sure I have a good tail light assembly. I have one right front fender, but I don't think it is all that good, but I will look at it that next time I get a chance. I have a couple of pretty good left fenders though :-/

 

I could still use a left fender. My right fender is trashed, and it was pretty rusty. PM me and let me know how much you want for a right and left fender, if the right is decent, and a good taillight assembly. No rush really, I'm going to be gone for 3 weeks, back to school again, but my brother can come pick up the parts whenever.

Also, I cant remember if I already asked, anyone have some 114.3x4 wheels they want to get rid of for realllly cheap. I got a gsl-se suspension, and I dont really care what the wheels are, as long as they will work with my car properly, and I can put some tires on them.

HAHAHAHAH I was not there , but heard a Turbo FB lost it comming out of Turn 4 and hit the pass side fender and maybe door . They said the car was not running that well and sounded off . But it was a charcoal grey FB . I think you need to go put a foot or 2 in your brother ???

I just checked and the right side fender I have is pretty OK. It needs just a little work up at the very tip near the headlight. The side marker lense in it is broken, but I will look around I think I have another one. If not, and yours is bad, you'll have to find one. It is a gold colored fender. The left one is silver and while not perfect is pretty good. Neither of them have any rust holes. I am pretty sure I have a right taillight too. I will know for sure later probably. I have sold a bunch of them, but think I still have at least one pair.

Is $65 for the fenders and light fair?

 

Oh and I do have a set of rims. I have to double check.... I have more than one set. How "cheap" are you looking for? I have some that are fairly nice that I might be interested in selling that fit a GSL-SE and I have some I'd be willing to sell for me to get some others. Let me know what you are looking for and I think I have what you need.
