No, he is a loser..... not a reader or a writer.....

For some reason I ended up with the blue Futura. Dale used to drive it in first down the interstate ALL THE TIME. He drove the car everywhere. Separation agreement said he had to keep it and could not sell it as long as it ran or some such crap. So he tried his best to destroy it. The engine finally dropped a valve, and he drove it until it would not run anymore.

As far as T2 starters you can also use a starter from an automatic RX-7. I have also heard that you can use a driveshaft from an automatic RX-7 car if you are using the N/A drivetrain. It will be about an inch shorter.

If you want to go with with original turbo parts, I have turbo starters, turbo driveshafts, and driveshaft bolts.

Renegade, where were you at???? We looked for you, but didn't find you. Anyway Kenny did good. Had a good time hanging with everyone. In addition to Me and Renegade, there was Randy, Matt, Mike and Craig (??? Kenny's co-driver). The rain cut it short, but I think Kenny would have easily been in the top 3 or so. Deno Plumley was there for the first time all year and he is very fast. It would have ben hard for anyone to beat him. In qualifying he had a full second on the next best, but beyond the top few were very close and Kenny was definately in the hunt.

I put a couple of pictures over on the meetup site, but they aren't really any good. We need a decent club photographer, my phone cam pics don't really cut it.

Thanks guys for comming out , and sorry about the weather. It was sure going to be a crazy night last night and will surely be one next week. I found out that due to the weather they are going to have a single elimination event next week . You win you go on to the A main to race all the other A main winners . I ran into a problem last night on the way home , while running an accura down , Something happened and Im not sure what yet . The enginie lost a huge amount of power , and wanted to cut off . I made it home and got the car in the back yard and the car stalled . Could not get it running or see what it was . I'll be getting on it after lunch today . I'm hoping a vacume line or something simply popped off , but so far I cant find anything . I just hope its not the engine . More updates to come

Here is a link to the races from last night

RIP

She's dead . I am going to have to sit and watch next week . My motor was blown on the way home last night . My buddy was driving , and we messing around with the real nice looking Burgandy Acura , when my buddy missed 3 rd gear and that was all it took, poof . I just got done doing a compression test and the front housing has 0 comp, while the rear has 90 . I cant fix it in this short a period of time . I was finally getting the car to hook up and felt damn good about the rest of the year ,I guess I'll see you ladies next year .

Good luck to all

Sorry about the car man. That really does suck.

Anyways, the motor's out of the car. Just need to drop by Calvin's and get a front cover and oil pan. Also have to order a turbo rebuild kit. Should be only a few months until completion.
