Sounds like you popped a vac line somewhere. Man it could be a lot of things, specially since you are still running the rats nest and all the other 20 year old sensors. These cars will bite you back hard if you treat them ruff.

Check all your vac lines bud. If nothing there, go through the FSM section 4 troubleshooting guide. AND stop dead reving to 8 grand.

Sounds like a Vac Leak to me. Low idle. Other then that I would guess rats nest and faulty emissions equipment. Get a silicone vac line kit and start tearing it all apart and replace everything. You could also go for intake mani gaskets if you have not replaced them yet. Intercooler hoses? TID connectors? If you still have all that emissions **** on there you should just get rid of it none of it is doing its job. I guess I don't know the laws wherever you are though. Intercooler could have a hole. Check all your vac nipples make sure they are all still capped.

There is a lot of crap it could be and you are just going to have to narrow it down and clean up that damn engine bay once and for all or you are just going to go over and over and over.......

yup! brought my cat just in case, but I think i'm gonna just remove all the emissions to make life a little easier.

 

You should have done that along time ago. It makes workin on the car alot easier too. Expecially when it takes like less than 5 min to take off the upper intake with no emissions. HA HA I love it!

If its the one from russel country bank then its because your motor is blown up. It is running on 1 rotor and the turbos are most likely just as bad. I know they said they put a new motor in it but that was a load.

Well Friends, Looks like im in need of another turbo. Seems as if my rear seal on my turbo has gone out again. Its smokin like a MO FO. Just as it did before when the seal went out. I suppose I could always send mine off to get rebuilt. But the only problem with that is its my daily driver. So, I dont think anyone has any spare working turbos layin around. But if by sum chance you do tell me. Cause I'm gonna need one ASAP. Oh well on the hunt again for more parts and more problems on hand. And damn me havin to work across town.
