hey guys so i know i dont own an rx7 but i signed up for this when i almost bought one. izzy told me about your guy's meet on friday and i was gonna tag along with him but since hes not coming now i'm still thinking i'm gonna show up. i own a 84 nissan 300zx turbo. it all depends on if the charging issues get fixed or not.

 

Now it looks like I may have blown my motor .
I'm praying its something electrical but, from the way it looked its questionable.

 

Hopefully I'll be able to make it one of those nights

I will be there tomorrow (I might be a bit late). My FD is spending the night at Hall Mazda further down from Kopps on Bluemound. It should be done tomorrow after getting a compresson test and fuel filter change. Im getting too lazy to even bother trying that dam filter anymore, it couldent be in a worse spot!

I forgot to tell Randy while I was at Mazda tonight, but, I will tell him about the meet tomorrow when I pick up the car. He has a insane, single turbo FC with the 13b-RE cosmo engine. Maybe he can make it out there as well!

 

randy's car is insane...he used to live out by me...behind my work and he was always doing stuff to the 7...that was before I had one...

I want to introduce myself to him again...I'm really hoping I can make it on Friday

 

I may have another fd in attendance if we can get the damn thing started. t70 single turbo, but still has a few issues that need to be sorted out from the previous owner (godzilla t78)

 

Yeah I used to fund Hall mazda with all the 13bre parts I bought.
I knew Randy too. His car would be sick but it always seemed broken.

^^^^^Crap, I take that back about the rain, looks like thunder storms are due soon! I will make my way out there if its not raining too hard - If its a downpore, forget it the FD is scary enough to drive when its dry!

I couldent ask randy tonight when I picked up the FD, he had gone home for the night.

 

I am too much of a wuss to risk the rain so unless it clears up I won't be there. Tornado watch in the counties immediately behind me right now.

Grand total 2 fc's, 1 fd and 1 fb that did a couple laps around the building and split. Suprisingly my ra-1's were pretty good in the monsoon. We'll have to try it again.

 

I was the FB doing laps. Unfortunately the rain put a damp-er on the event. I'll watch for the next meeting and attend.

 

Yeah, it rained like hell. I was about to take the FD when my GF pulled me into the house to show me the storm and tornado warnings. I did make it out there, but in the Honda. I parked between 2 red FC's - even saw Garrett roll through the parking lot.

I was hoping to see the FC owners walk back to their cars so I could introduce myself, but, they were probibly hiding inside from the downpour. The thunderstorms kind of killed it tonight. I’m definitely on for next Friday!

that was unfortunate...I got off work early (8) and tried to make it down there as fast as I could...saw 2 wrecks on I-94 and got to Kopps and I saw was BMW with an F-ed up hood...

I think I got there too late

Hopefully I can get out of work early again next week to meet some of you guys

yea i was one of the fc's, i saw the laping fb but had to leave early before storm got worse took twice as long to get home hope the others got home safe too got to do it again when there isn't as much rain
