Well I was the only one out there tonight. I thought there would be a good showing since the weather was beautiful, oh well. I did see Garrett do a fly-by on bluemound, but that was it. Maybe nextime!

 

ive been thinking bout hitting up great lakes this summer, whenever i can get a weekend off...maybe meet some other rotary folk( i cant really find any in madison). but w/ a first gen , i dont want to be the slow one

 

I was sitting at home and the weather was just too nice not to take the car out. Rather than take another round of pain meds, the wife and I decided to go for a drive. Where were you at, I drove by Kopps around 8:30ish, but didn't see any 7's?

 

I was parked on the side of the building, there wasent a spot infront when I got there. I was waving ya down as you drove by, must of just missed me. Hope you neck gets better, slipped disks are no fun.

Guess who might be hitting up hwy this weekend...maybe...possibly...if the guy seriously sent out the transmission today!

 

Yeah I was working on the brakes till 11 pm. WOW were my pads seized on the retainer pins. I pounded one out after about a hour of hitting it. The other I ended up shearing both sides and the middle out of then drilling out the rest.
I actually only ended up doing one side. Well freeing everything up and reinstalling it right away. Maybe someday I'll finish the brakes.

I should be out there Friday. Although....I am contemplating bringing the bike instead.

Hah finally thought I got all my front brakes done last night. take her for a test drive and what happens? Front right caliper gets stuck. AWESOME.

i don't think i'll be there this friday either, i might be going to the strip, but if i don't go to the strip i'll head on out.

 

No luck at all. I just got a ticket sunday too. 84 in a 65, he "let me off" with a faulty speedo ticket when I showed him my speedo cable was under myseat

 

I wont be out at Kopps on Friday, I have some great seats for the Brewers game! I havent been out on hwy 100 in a long time so I will try to do some cruzin' on Saturday night. Well actually, I normally just do a few laps then park at Oscars for a while. Hope I see some of yall out there!

I'm fishing in a tournament tomorrow and will be at road america for the june sprints on saturday, summer is just too damn busy! Not that it's bad "busy-ness", but it is hard to plan anything. Have fun and stay out of trouble on hwy
