2 words: Body kit.

For the FB. Pretty stoked about it. Im thinking I may do some firewall work when I tear the car down for repaint. Not sure yet though. Id like to clean up some of the extra holes that are left from removing things in the past.

I may put the side moldings and the side marker lights back on. I also want to change the door handles. The only ones I have found that I think will work correctly and look right are from the early/mid 00's Buick Century or LeSabre (cant remember exactly which car). Also still plan on putting in a 3rd brake light from an FC in the "stock location".

Also been tossing around the idea of getting 15 inch wheels, even though my 13 inch tires are still brand new. Most likely will happen later on down the road. Any opinions on these ideas?

The body kit I have is on eBay. If you search for 'rx7 extreme dimensions' it is the M1 kit.

No, tiger paws are for S10's everybody knows that lol.

Brand new meaning I installed them last spring I think (same time I bought the 18" tires for the FC). Instead of the OE 185/70 size I went with 205/60. They are Sumitomo HTR 200. They were the best tire available at the time that was not a Hoosier R6. They are NLA now. Sucks cuz they are pretty decent all season tire.

Na - F16's are single seaters

The pilot gave a cool class/video/tour that was neat.

These are used for CAS (Close Air Support) in afghanistan

Just the helmet they wear is 1/4mil

Got some neat pictures of those and left a message on the bomb for some taliban

Wow, that's not as fast as I thought it would be. My best time in the FB was 15.8 @ 85. I mean, granted 15 MPH and a full second faster is a decent amount but that was before I rebuilt the engine. I still need to go back up there and see what it does now. I suppose I could try out my G-Timer and see what it says. From what I remember it was pretty close to actual track times.

you have a bone stock car?

100mph is exactly what a stock car traps at - about 230rwhp.

I think you have a mechanical issue if you have any mods.

Either that or your mazda speed shift **** is holding you back (i'm willing to accept it)

1/4 mile are not just fun but they give you a very accurate HP reading (even more accurate than a dyno) and information about your car.

Holy crap haven't got on here in a while.... Well the WRX is gone for those that didn't know I was selling it. I found a guy to trade me a 05 SAAB 92x and some cash. I picked up another bike, got a 99 ZX9R.

I did end up running my car at Cordova before I sold it and on the stock 02 trans I ran

60' 1.833
1/8 8.286
1/4 12.885
MPH 106.37

Subie's on a good launch don't have any problems getting a lower 60' than what I did so it had some better ET's in it but that was good enough for me.

What boost you were running?

Trap speed seems like your down on power. I though u had like 400awhp?

That a decent 60' for most street cars with street tires.

using 3200lbs

MPH = 224 (hp/weight)1/3

comes out to around 300awhp

FYI- 100mph and 2900lbs is 226hp (stock FD)

I fucked up on that run. The way my gearing was setup and the higher revving capabilities of the version 8 motor would have had me hit my rev limit right at the end of the quarter mile but I shifted into fourth instead of letting it hit redline. I'm pretty sure that's why my MPH took a ****.

Also on a decent trans (6speed or PPG gearset) with street tires I see guys turning 1.4-1.5 60' times. So if I could have cut one of those 60' times I'd be lower 12's.

My boost was around 20ish I think tapering to around 17 or 18 at redline.

The power on a mustang dyno on E should have been around 315-330, so it was close but I know it had better times in it. Not bad for my first trip out to the strip with it.

I can't wait to see what your FD will do when you come back

Ya I said for "normal" cars LOL - a 1.4's is a SICK launch. Normal cars need slicks for that type of launch.

I remember cutting a 1.8 or something in my FD and my vision blurred and was lucky my Diff didn't break LOL. For some reason the tires just hooked the first few feet. Was freak'n awsome .

That's why I got a FC diff so when I go for slicks and a 2 step i shouldn't have to worry about diff breaking.

I'd say that was pretty respectable outing. 12's are always respectable.

Trap speed is interesting in that you you can miss a shift/bad launch it will always be within 2-3mph usually and therefore is a very realistic hp calcaulator.

It's an intergal of acceleraction so unless you coast or let off it's pretty damn accurate since the start is always zero and it's over 10+ seconds (average).

As for my car-

This year will be just running what i got right now (should be 20-30rwhp more than last time).

I still haven't gone for power yet and it will be post-poned another year......

Going to install that PS2k over winter and go with a 2 step launch and if things work out maybe crank the boost with my AI.

around 18-20psi should be about 450-500rwhp.

I would be really happy with about 400rwhp on my 15psi this year.

I would be happy for low 12's and 11's next year (which is really horrible for a good driver LOL).

Aslo swaping a new turbine on the turbo (going smaller) so i'll hope to see full boost -15psi by 3400rpm or earlier.

Interior:

Red seats
Red carpet
Red bins, one the hinge is broke not sure about other one
Gray door panels (manual window GS ones)
Red cloth headliner
Red cloth sunroof headliner
Red rear hatch pieces (plastic, carpet, etc)
Red steering wheel (4 spoke)
Gray steering wheel (4 spoke)
Gray dash - really good condition
Red seat belts (I think, didnt look that close)

Thats all I can think of for interior.

Exterior stuff thats decent:

Left door (Justin kind of called that but we'll see how fast he can **** money)
Left fender
Right fender - dings
Any/all glass - hatch has stupid wiper as seen in pics
Key with all locks (incl ignition) minus glove box lock

Some wiring has been cut into - I know that the left door wiring is hacked up, not sure about other stuff.

Extras that came with the car - 3 GSL-SE wheels, one is in super great shape and other 2 are ok. 3 - 15 inch dual pattern (4x100 and 4x114.3) double 5 spoke wheels 2 are bent 1 is ok lol.

Also a steering assembly minus rack, and a (I think) 12A engine "K member" (cross member) with mounts.

Engine - unknown miles (dont have the gauge cluster), trans is mate to engine. All engine wiring is complete along with ECU. Needs distributor so I can get it running and would need a throttle cable bracket (???) to drive it. Havent looked at exhaust but seems to all be there (muffler looks shitty, the rest probably is too). I plan on getting it running and warmed up good so I can do a proper compression test.

Drivetrain - All GS open diff type including brakes front and rear.

1 item that I will def steal off this car is the fuel level sender. The one in the yellow FB is **** and having a working one would be pretty sweet. Gas tank if good, not sure what to do with it.
