Hey J if I send you a couple logs from my car do you think you could give me some pointers on my tune? It's running really rich up high in the rpm's and I would like to tune it out a little better.
I don't know if you can do it or what but it would sure beat throwing down 400 bucks for a pro-tune. If not no biggie.

Your wastage dutcy cycle is too steep and your over boosting and then backing down.
You already know it's too rich and the logs prove just that.
Cut some fuel out (lower the ms or duty cycle).
You always want to start off with too much fuel and cut back.
Don't WOT after cutting fuel.
Work your way up to peek boost to ensure you have enough fuel (checking your afr).
It should be pretty linear with no abrupt changes.
I have attached two examples of fuel maps for a Rx-7.
The jagged one would not rev past 4k (you might not be able to notice but there is a large increase in fuel around 3.5k).
The other one I linearized and mirror closely what I run in my FD.
The computers use interpolation to calculate the ms for a given load.
Making it smooth will allow a consistant distribution of fuel and nice smooth acceleration.
I also have a few other tricks but I'd have to kill you if I told you
