Again, I'm just not sure why you're wasting your breath going on a DRIFT forum to tell people that in your opinion, drifting is not cool.

For your next challenge, go on a BMW forum, and explain to them why you think they don't like BMWs. I'm sure they'll be enlightened by your opinions too.

How about a forum for republican people? Maybe you can tell them that Bush is dumb, too.

This forum is for people who LIKE DRIFTING to DISCUSS DRIFTING. If you don't like it, kindly AVOID POSTING.

 

Actually this forum is for people who like RX-7s... Hence the name... RX7club.com. Drifting is fun and all and the cars are nice, but it's a fad.

 

Actually I have done all three, and I got away with it all.

Although it was not the BMW forums which i frequent I do hassel the people on club 4ag all the ******* time and most go along with it because to the older memers who know and respect my opinion, most of the new guys there came from hondas and **** because of this fad.

Most republicans hate bush, but his is mainly because most parties either dem or repub, have so many people in them that that argument can be null. ! voice does not more the thoughts of thousands in this day and age.

As the person above me stated this is RX7club not drifting club, go to drifting.com and hang out with all your other ricers buddies. Also for the record I have nothing against drifting, but more the people who now drift. I quit because of idiots like you, and that is a very well known fact. I am trying to get going again, but I fear that it may be in vain because, again, of idiots like yourself. If you have not read any of my posts in this section then let me enlighten you, I go to ******* compete and have a good time, I trailer my car to events hours away so I can meet other members, and people I have met on these forums. I spend countless hours, and endless amounts of money working on my setup and my cars so I can go out and not have to worry about something breaking. The only thing I have to worry about i either a sponsor not coming through with a deal, or some retard in a 240 putting me into a wall because he thought it would be cool to run a car 1/2in off the ground bottom out and destroy my prefect car a few seasons ago.

Now please SHUT THE **** UP, I will be so ******* glad when the people like you are gone from this. The drifting world will be so much better off without all the "bling" that you all bring to it.

 

Bling? What dose styling have anything to do with what is good or bad about something? now dont get me wrong i am deeply against chrome but the style of a car reflects the driver so if they feel the need for 20 in. wheels and a outrageous boso/V.I.P. style then more power to em.
in my own humble opinion it is people like you who suck the fun out of drifting. the kind of people who feel they need to judge people by how or what they drive what their car looks like. Acting like if their car or personality dosnt fit your mold than they are faddy ricers.
I personally have my car slammed i in 3 years have never connected with someone hard enough to even spin them and only once hard enough that he knew i did without someone telling him.
I have been going strong like this for 4 years and dont plan on stopping.

I am fairly sure my opinion will in no way sway your attitude but just to clarify drifting has been a sport for more than 20 years. It is not racing but it is a motor sport.

 

This is starting to sound like people I work with , We mod our cars the way we want and drift because it is fun not because it is a "fad" or what ever! So if you dont like it do look at this thread!!!!

how did HE put you into the wall? why would you tandem with someone that cant drive, or has a stupid/dangerous car?

what have you accomplished so much more over others with your superior ride height/setup, over these cars that compete at national levels (talking about the "stupid setup" skylines above.

hahaha see first your all hatin on welded diff guys, now hatin on the drift style? Man you are 70 years old. Drifting is all about ridiculous. Example: ridiculous angle, ridiculous entry speed, ridicuous aero, ridiculous wheels, ridiculous fitment, ridiculous stretch, ridiculous wing, ridicuously low , without all this drifting would be plain and un cool. man u need to modernize.

 

drifting is a sport . In my opinion its just who ever is the MOST ridiculous in all of my categories i posted that scores the highest. Freaken tandeming and tire smoke up in the atmosphere and battling cones and dirt,loud *** straightpipes with flames, and aeros exploding,zipties,entering at the top of third and initiating getting badd as full lock reverse sick angle,,freaken tires all the way down to the thread and metal sparks& freaken crazy strobe lights, COP LIGHTS and fluck u think thats ricer, I think its Beyond ricer... it has to be a sport. probably some of the most ridiculous exciting sports because its something you normaly dont see, thats why its ridiculously cool and BADDASSS

this goes for both of you... just do us all a favor and be quite if all your gonna do is bitch and moan about something that doesnt concerns you... stretch is to stiffin the sidewall some take it to an extreme but none the less it has a purpose ... and i belive drifting is already a well established sport... it may not be a well established as formula 1 or nascar(driving in a circle) but it is well recognized... the funny thing is alot of grip drivers i know enjoy and practice the art of drifting... so you have your opinions and i have mine but this argument is really getting old so just give it a rest

 

i do think the cars in here are pretty cool in a banged up i'll **** you up b1tch way. LOLpersonally i would rather have a car that sits low enough to look nice but not too low,stock body maybe a lip or something,17inch wheels max. pretty much a street car but for the track. oh and said car would be trailered to and from the curciut i dont need to worry about crashing my ride home. LOL

come on guys! e shouldn't be arguing! i assume were all drifters on this thread, and if we do want this sport to be as well reconized as a bunch of grown men casing eachother in circles (which shouldn't be very hard) haha then we need to get along.. the sport isn't going to go anywhere if all we can to is argue and yell at eachother.

personaly my style is a slamed drift beater with low offset small wheels 15 16 maybe 17, dents rust the whole nine yards.. but we all have our personal style.
if somebody here can aford to rip a bodykit to peices at every event.. then let him enjoy himself doing so!!

Unfortunately, they probably dumped more money into that 240 to make it look gay than it would have cost to make it look nice.

 

dude if they guy with the s13 can slide better than the guy with that fc (which i bet he can cause the fc would lose the front bumper anytime it gets sideways) the i'd be totally down with that car, i don't car what your car looks like if you can slide the car great then you can have the most beat up car around and it still be the nicest!

MY car is barly and I mean barly higher than the red FC and I have never had any problems with a front valance hitting. And there apparently is a thin line between both genius/insanity and style/WTF, and that 240 has definitely crossed it.

As far as ability is concerned due to the looks of the car, I can see the fc being the better driver
(if he drifts) because his **** is not hanging on with zipties.


As a side note the the members of risky devil I know I said you all have mommy and daddies money, but I really like the looks of most of your cars as a whole group most are not over the top and actually look good to me.

 

i see your point of view too bro, i also see the s13 owner's too, cause i'm only 17 so it's hard to find a good paying job, and i have absolutly no mommy/daddy money.. so i cansee why that guy did random things to his car. cause it obviously didn't cost much, i mean he has wheels on backwards for low offset! haha

haha this is my drift beater, and i'm totaly fine with it being crapy looking, but i slide it whenever and wherever i want.. and thats what i like! as soon as i slam it with coilovers and a few other mods then i'm set.. i like the beater look ok, i'm not the type that wastes money on looks.

See that isnt the same, i am not talking about drift beaters, everyone has had/has one. I am talking about this gaudy style that has formed that just looks like utter ****, and serves no more function than to say hey look at me I am a gigantic ******, who is only here because it is the "now" thing to do and I brought my shitty ricer style with me, type of thing. Clean and good looking is OK, drift beater with a silly paint job is OK(mine was camo at one point), but going out of your way to make something that is just loud, appearance wise, with nothing to back it up with or could possibly be dangerous to the driver or others is just plain stupid.

Also did you buy that car from a forum member here or just get a name change, I've seen the rising sun pattern done before on here.

 

oh i understand what you mean now! haha i had a camo s13! i miss it, i love my fc but when $ is a problem like it is for me it's so much easyer to have a 240. no i did that awhile ago, it was just a spur of the moment thing, i haven't seen one with it before. do you know who's it is?
