i have a ******* cage in mine. my brother flipped his camaro years ago, with me in it. we did 11 flips, not rolls, across a canal oddly enough, and also cought on fire never figured out how it cleared it. you get paranoid after that.
i didnt get a scratch, he got thrown from the car mid flippage and somehow managed just a cuncussion. and that 7 aftermath looks way worse, way lucky.

insurance right?

my next FD is def. getting a cage. my BRIDE seat saved my back, my neck was pretty sore and they said I had a concussion. that adds to my list of getting old fast..I got my purple heart from getting shot in the leg in iraq in 2004, and I have 6 total brain injuries from getting blown up by IED's. this would be my 7th brain injury. im 23 and already collecting social security. but hey im still alive!

I'm happy to own an FD just by seeing that you made it out alright.

im not tryin to be a d-bag, but i hope you dont plan on drifting with your front that low. you're going to completely destroy your front fenders. Unless you dont care, which is cool too.

Looks good though

Ok, you caught me. I'm jealous because my fenders aren't rusted or dented and I don't have horrible wheel fitment. I'm also jealous because my car isn't "gangster" or "baller". I'm even jealous because I speak proper English. Can you guys teach me how to dumb it down a notch.

Cliff notes: Ima jive *** turkey thatd be wack cuz all deez ricers be stylin on my ridez, ya dig foolz?

Don't view the drift forum if you don't like ridiculous ****. There's plenty of "normal" cars in the drag racing forum or whatever.

Dumped, good fitment, and stretched tires is about what you're gonna see in any drift forum, so if that's not for you, I'd suggest you save your breath and kick rocks. I just don't see why you'd knowingly open a forum and tell people the same ****, over and over, knowing you're going to have the same argument.

That's like going onto a sports bike forum, and telling them that you think sports bikes are dangerous and nobody should own one. Nobody gives a **** what you have to say, and it's totally irrelevant. Drift cars are going to look crazy to you from now till forever, so you might as well give up.

how is having the widest possible track fitting within the fenders horrible wheel fitment? just because its slammed to the ground makes it horrible wheel fitment? what if he raised it up 6" back to stock ride height, then would it pass your cool test?

a properly done fender roll/pull wont rust or get dented.

No hard parking because really its nothing special... Running shocks/springs in the rear until my new springs come in to put the GC sleeves back on, (squat city fail) but they work for now.

As I said, drift cars will always be grassroots, and some of them will be put together by people without the money/resources to do things "properly".

90% of drift cars will be lower than practical, and with wheels fitment that gloriously demolishes scrub radius. They'll have stickers, fiberglass body kits, and big useless wings that make ZERO downforce, especially when sideways. That's why drifting is cool.

If you're not into that, there's plenty of other places on RX7Club for you to post in, but kindly stay the **** out of here.

That's why drifting is not racing, because it's who has the dumbest looking pos with the most parts falling off and huge wheels with tiny *** tires rather than who is the best driver. You guys act like it's a fashion show.

BINGO we have a winner. Maybe we are just old, but the last time I checked gaudy body kits and stupid wheel fitments and shitty pulls all equaled ricer. Another thing that kills me is the stretches, Most ride around on the sidewalls if they have any camber up front, WTF is up with that whack *** ****, your not gangster with them 195s on a 13in wide wheel.

This is why drifting will never be a sport, or a form of racing, because no one can take you seriously with **** like this going on.
