A few photos of my car putting in work this weekend. Horrible driving + normal issues from fully building a car plaguing me throughout the day but at the end of it all it came out alive and kicking with minor issues that will be repaired later this week to enable me to get legitimate seat time before Formula Drift Vegas on Aug. 26th!

Not too bad for not competing since Pro-Am Nationals.

Congrats to Corey and George for making 2nd, and 3rd! Well deserved!

congrats on being out there and living the dream. Its not always about winning, but it sure is nice. It takes tons of time, tons of commitment and of course, tons of money.

thanks guys.
i guess im just super competitive. i know how i screwed up and i shouldn't have let myself forget what i was doing... FD Vegas will be better i hope. im going to put in as many sessions as i can afford to play around with different techniques that i've been lacking, as well as get a feel for my new turbo setup once i throw it all together this coming week i hope.

Today i started ripping into my car a bit tonight. Reinforcing all my aero along with repairing the cracks. going to respray the aero before FD Vegas and wetsand/clear the whole car while im at it.

tail light grazers + random bumper grenading itself on the freeway.

resin setting up right now. made a baller jackstand/resin can JIG lol

picked up some of that "great stuff" insulating spray foam to spray behind all the impact spots on the aero so im not super worried about it blowing up if i tap someone. going to see how easy it is to work with when it starts setting up.

it's going to be a long night.

Buckey you need to narrow your rear track some. You'll get better traction if it's not as wide What's your current effective offsets/sizes?

front wheels are normally 17x9.5 +18/30mm spacer = -12
rear wheels are normally 18x10.5 +15/50mm spacer = -35

dude it feels so good right now though. my alignment is all off. i need to go through your thread and see what the good settings were for the rear. my rear toe is way in, and the camber is horrible. ground control rear camber bar needs the lock nuts removed so i can get closer to zero camber.

it probably would spin less easy with the rear not being wider than the front. i'm buying a stack of Falkens for FD Vegas. forrest let me cop a pair of your take offs from when you were out here and those things were mind blowing even bald... lol

in the picture i was rocking some mix matched 255/275 deads i found pillaging some local tire shops.

idk. we had yoshioka driving the retaks 13 with us last weekend but he didnt compete. obviously he would have just sandbagged everyone pretty hard. lol he was killing it though.

Danny George has his FD License and he was competing. i always thought you could get seat time out of it but not compete idk.

Well it's exactly how it sounds. Pros and Amateurs can compete, but the pros I believe can't be in the top 32 of Formula D or something.

you need to come out for FD Vegas and i'll take a picture of it with my car! that would be sick!

i got bored and decided against respraying my car to save some money. i bought color matched ductape and went to town.

the rear of the side skirt was super bad with tire shrapnel taking paint off.

im going to do the front bumper and then get a touch paint pen for the back bumper and just call it quits.
