I was in the peg this weekend. Anyone own a blue/grey FB around the osborne/jubilee (sp?) area? I also seen a nice FD with black volks, with chrome lips going down osborne, and also going down main later that Saturday, any idea whose car that is?

BTW if anyone has, or knows of an FB for sale in some what decent shape. Let me know, I want to get rid of my Neon DD, and pick up an FB for the summer.

I bought 2 cars from an Enns north of winnipeg one was an 82 and the other was an 85 GSL-SE fuel injected. He has apparently gone on to Honda's now but did anyone personally know him? His dad is an avid car collector goes to lots of car shows

I thought I remembered seeing that 92 when I was out at garage auto, actually i took a couple pictures of the car I was looking at and you can see it in the background, just look closely.

thats the one, i actually live in winkler, an i went to him an wanted to buy that drift ready fd that he has, an he told me a couldn't afford an rx7, so he wanted to sell me a gay mr2. A week later he got a beautiful 180sx, i told him i'm buying it, he laughed at me an said I wouldn't be able to get a loan that big. I came back an hour later, approved for that amount. I told him I'd give him $14000 instead of his asking $19000 price, he said no, the car will go fast. Its been a year now an he still has the damn thing an his price on it is $14000. But 2 weeks after my friends talked me out of buying it, i asked him about importing my own, he tells me its a huge risk, blah blah blah, buy mine instead, needless to say, i show up at his shop a month later with my fd, the look on his face was priceless. ****** Karl Krebs

Just a side note, the cars he sells, are priced 200% of what he pays for them. And he has 3 cars left, an is going out of business cause he ripped too many people off

Thats exactly why I didn't buy from him too, tried to sell me that black 92 for 10 grand, wasnt until i had it at walls custom did I learn that it need $2000 worth of parts for it to run properly, nothing but a rip off, Im still wondering what happend to the other black 7 he had sitting there, hasnt been on autotrader, so either he sold it or got rid of it because he had it for sale for like around 8 months i think.

he sold the stock black one to some guy in the states...poor guy, the red one is at the mpi auction on wednesday...i'll be there. And the other black one thats "drift ready" he still has. He has that, the white GTR, and the blue 180SX that I originally wanted to buy.

its bone stock yo! I'll see how bad it really is on wednesday, im not paying more than $800 for it, the car is done, an how many scrap yards are gonna stock an FD? I don't think it'll get much serious attention

the last accident FD at the MPI auction went for 7500$ , and it had more damage than this one . It was a LHD though.

sold for $1300, few mods (exhaust, intake, boost controller, jbl stereo), will see it on the street again though because the guy who bought it is planning on fixing it.

ran good, but who knows it could need a rebuild, i think it has like 114000 kilometers on it.

Crazy. I'm sure the engine is fine, but the body is screwed. Maybe he is a maricle worker, but to fix this one, he'll likely need a half car worth of parts and serious metal working skills. No matter which parts car he gets, it'll probably be easier to fix it than this one would be.

no kidding, it was a lot worse than the pics showed, the dash was cut up from the glass, the center speaker hole was cracked, rear seat had a hole for a sub. The only thing I found it salvagable condition was the motor, 3 rims, the bottom portion of the rear seat, an the front 2 seats, an other misc stuff, like trunk liners, carpet, etc. The exhaust was *** ugly, the intakes were tiny, and also ugly.

that what he got for cheaping out on parts, where do you even buy a sasamo exhaust, not to mention why he put on a k and n intake, also the front dash speaker was cracked because he had a gauge pod in there, I can think of a few other things but I am going to stop disrespecting him as he passed away in the accident
