Yeah he is. I bought my first FB from him. Pretty cool guy from what I remember.

 

lol i was only joking. He's a great guy, but i think he's a little busy to be fixing everyones cars.

Hey Brennan, so you gonna take that monster to the track, I want to see how that tune worked out, you sould have some good et's with that power.
Bet you can't wait for the snow to melt but atleast when the melt comes it will come quick with the amount of snow we have.

I live in brandon. I was wondering what the rx7 comunity is like in Winnipeg. Is there much of family/club that has get togethers, etc. If theres anything around in brandon, i'd like to know too.

Its a 93 touring, I bought it from a guy in Vancouver about 2 years ago. Upgraded rad, down pipe, catback. The turbos are away to get rebuilt at Western Turbo now. Next winter i'm gonna be pulling the whole engine and trany out to rebuild them. My to do list is to put in a PFC, high flow cat, upgraded intercooler, and intake as well. As for pictures, I only have them from a year and a half ago.

 

anyone know where there is a 79 or 80 parts car in winnipeg area? ...... don't say fred, he doesn't have one

Hey a fellow Brandonnite! Nice! Love the FD, maybe once I get my new FB with a Turbo II we can go for a cruise. There isn't much in the way of a community in Brandon, I've only seen about 6 RX7's in town, mine being one of them. But if your into drifting there was a drift event last year in Rivers, and they're trying to see if they can get it going again, I'd like to enter my FB just for some fun, and to mess around. But its usually in July, so keep an eye out for more info on the forum here.

 

Sweet, thats cool, do the 7 guys in brandon ever meet or anything? Ive met one other guy with the black 94 FD, and I have seen another 7 since ive moved here.

 

I've never been to a meet, but I've only been a member for a year, and I didn't have my car on the road most of last summer. I did get an invite for a cruise, but my car wasn't ready in time. I'm pretty sure most of the guys drive 7's won't be around this time of year, I've seen 1 suped up FC that I see go to the Roadhouse alot, I don't know who drives it, but its a pretty tight ride, don't know why hes winter driving, maybe hes crazy like me, but I gotta go buy my car back from Autopac next Thursday, I wrecked it on 18th street driving like an idiot doing a u-turn in the wrong lane .

 

why are you going to buy it back , its irrepairable and can't be put on the road .

 

Hey man, I'm definately going to make it to the track this year. My car is once again in pieces, but thats simply because of the season. Thats awesome that your cars on the road again, I want to see what that monster can do. Let me know what events you plan on attending, and I'll make it my mission to show up. I'll try to persuade Eric as well. And thanks again man, for letting me borrow your datalogit this summer, it completely transformed the TII.

 

oh, ic, good luck with getting your fixed up. I won't be around this summer anyways as I will be over seas, hopefully i'll be home early enough this fall to do some cruising. I'll keep my eyes open when I go by the roadhouse, and see if I can spot that FC.

hehe, i'm afraid i'll have to pass you up on that offer. I'm have the turbos completely rebuilt by western turbo in winnipeg right now, i'm picking them up when I get home.

 

I was thinking about this car you mentioned at the road house, and i'm figured out that its probably my friend from shilo. I'm gonna guess that its maroon in color, and its got a bunch of stickers on her like brembo and such. If this is the car, then I can tell you much about it as I was the middle man for selling him the car. Its an 89 and was perfectly taken care of until he sold it. This is now its third owner.

 

you have to go visit him , he has a new # , but I don't think its listed.
