its a one time charge of $100 each.
you get them at the main licensing building , was on Portage, but has moved to Donald St. They say a 4-6 week delivery , but it really depends on when you buy in their production cycle. I got mine in 3 weeks.

I've been buying parts for the '79 this winter and Mark Friesen over at Gerry Gordons has been great for some OEM things I was after.
He used his own email account to work through the part search with me , which is better than waiting on the phone or standing at the counter and gave me a 20% discount on the stuff.
Fairly quick turnaround too. Give him a try if you're looking to get some OEM parts
I got some new rubber (with steel mounts) strips for the bumpers F $37, R $48 , master and slave rebuild kits $19 and $22, shift boot bushing kit $15, washer fluid bottle $18,

well I have my two sevens (both 90 turbos one black and one red) ready for the season I think the Red one will get somenew paint, new undercoating, new engine bay paint, and some replacement seats this year.
I have been in winnipeg for two years now but as a student could not afford to drive both my civic and my seven so this year I am working and thus more $$$ to drive both is there any scenes or meets for sevens in winnipeg?

The winnipeg rotary guys don't exactly have the best attendance record. Haha. There tends to be a lot of people saying they're going to come, while only a few actually show. But if you ever go to the autocross at the Red River Ex grounds, you're bound to see an FB or two. Lol.
Yeah I have heard that...
I guess Rx-7 owners are rebelling against the Honda Guy's whom are able to have regular meets and functions as well as have 20+ cars regularely in Winnipeg.
Lol... Poke Poke.

the general supplies , good quality paint , hardener, clear coat will cost about $1000. I had about 1500$ of body work done on top of that . The labour to prep , primer and paint the car was another $1000 . This was a cash deal out of province, done by a guy who does weekend work extra from his day job at a mazda collision shop. Was done between january and april this year.

Peg Fo' Life
I grew up in the Peg and left for BC in 1980. I always had fond memories of the people ("Friendly Manitobans"). I still have fam there (Bev & Troy; white WRX w/ gold wheels) and maybe someday I'll drive my beast back to the land of mosquitos and hail.
If any of you decide to drive down to BC for a vacation, there's a well known tuner here named Marko (ForceFed Performance) who specializes in rotaries. His shop holds the record for fastest import, for the last 3 years (low 10's in the 1/4 mile; soon to be 9's). I personally don't bring my car there 'cause it's not a rotary but my bro does and he's happy with them.
PEACE.

I'll be trying to to get the car to the 'peg by june .
