The stock TII FPR can only correct for about 10 psi. That is why most get bigger injectors trying to keep the AFRs safe when they could have just used a good aftermarket RRFPR (rising rate fuel pressure regulator).

I've found a few guys running my turbo or very similar and all are gettting around 350whp at around 15 psi. Sometimes more or less on the power numbers.

This is making me want to do 14 psi to get closer to my goal of 350whp, but I drive my car all the time(isnt daily driver). Probably 5 days out of the week. Beating on it everytime I take it out. What's everyones thoughts on 14 psi without aux injection beating on it? I cant decide and running 12 psi and being down on some power, getting more traction, and a little safer to the motor sounds good, but so does 14psi at 350whp if I did it lol. I think I can get close to 320whp at 12psi with my upcoming setup.

Sounds like I need a boost controller. Anybody know some good ones?

Damn in third huh? Part of this is why Im wondering if my goal for 350whp will be too much. With my oldsetup I could only break loose in 1st and 2nd. What is everyone running for rear tire sizes and tires on their turbo cars? I have cheap falken ziex 225/50/15 which fill the fenders perfect and are a little ballooned on my 15x7s which give the sidewall a little give to grab. Nice combo for looks and traction off the line.

Sounds like a good build! Got a thread we can follow?
I have some pics on my profile

I'm most likely going to run ID725s with my ID1000 secondarys. Stock rails, fpr. Tune from there. No real updates. Not much going on right now.

Got irons in that I bought. Trying to find different set or mid and front iron cause of stepwear on them.... Had the housings beveled on the ports since they werent.

Leaning a lot more towards Goopy seals. I want something unbreakable but not tearing housings up like RA super seals are known too. Looks like goopy and ALS are my choices.

Couldnt help but test fit it all haha..

Probably going to paint irons again with glossier black. Low gloss was well, low gloss..

Why don't you just call that black/blue engine - "AVATAR?"

Thanks dude! Me too. ^

Still in search for irons. The irons I bought have too much stepwear for my liking to use...

I'm thinking of possibly reusing my GSLSE 6 port irons and having coolant jackets machined into the S5 T2 housings... my GSLSE irons are great.. hmmm

If you can find 12a irons you can port them better as there is more meat resulting in a longer curve on the back wall this will help with better flow. I used both before 12a better by far always send you port pattern if you like. Let me know if I can help.

I would still need to find irons. I looked at my GSLSE irons again in the light. There is stepwear, not as bad as the other ones I picked up though. I'm not really looking to port except primaries if I do. I want to stay 6 port if possible. Im setup for it and the debate between whether TII or 6 port flows better stock for stock seems the same if not more for the 6 port on the irons.

Nice dude. Im not sure. I'll probably check out a place after work tomorrw and bring my GSLSE housing with a new housing and see what theyll quote me. I dont think it would take too long or be too much. We'll see. Not forsure on doing it just yet.

I still need to find out about that! I dont want to lap them.

I havent really moved anywhere on the engine build, but got something else done worth showing. Redoing my wheels... again. Something else this time though..

The inner spokes have always been dirty and faded on my autobahns. It's always bothered me even though noone really notices it haha. Time for a change. I have 2 wheels done. Each wheel taking about 6 hours to do.

Heres a before shot of the inner spokes..

Prepping them.. Never want to do this again. The first wheel I painted the whole face of the wheel. Wetsanded the dried paint back down to metal on the face, then wetsanded again to 2000 grit and repolished. This time taped off the spokes..

Painted.

I wish I had 2 piece wheels now. The whole face of the wheels are clearcoated now too. Hope brake dust will just rinse off. One more overall shot just cause

Ahahaha I have a feeling I might be getting more of these offers

I cant see myself getting rid of these. I get so many compliments on the streets about the wheels. The hard work all pays off when someone cant believe I was the one to redo them

Thanks Sam^. The lip definitely helps make these wheels pop. I finished all 4 of them a few days ago. Look a lot better on the car. Makes the lip and face show more.

Should have some updates on engine build soon. We'll see what I decide to do...
