yes thanks for pointing that out... i put a huge weld on there to make sure it doesn't leak... also i did grind them down so there is a smoother transition... I didn't want to go too far though since i might risk cutting past the weld and defeat the purpose... i know this is not recommended but i felt like it deserved a try.... seems to be good so far...

Here it is... 13b street ported engine.. t2 trans... act clutch 12a front cover modified for turbo drain... both oil pressure valves increased pressure modification. Still have the same modified t2 into FB trans mount and just had to bend the 12a front engine crossmember to get it to line up with the motor mounts...

Manifold and exhaust on. drive shaft on. fuel lines replaced to high pressure with injections clamps. oil passages and coolant passages that would be used on second gen but not first gen blocked or plugged. egt bungs plugged ( for now) CAS in. radiator and fan on. 3rd gen alt on with dual pulley (took some finaggling and what not...10 ga wires ran for fuel pump with 40 amp relay and 30 amp fuse. need to solder connections and finish. throttle body is at the machine shop getting milled down so it can fit the IDs. waiting on AEM smart coils from Turblown as well as e6k..... get a great deal from Elliot... hope to get fuel pump wiring done this weekend and maybe replace belts to shorter ones so i dont hit the hood. had to cut heater hard line and splice in hose so i wasnt rubbing turbo housing. also hope to get fuel system semi complete including areomotive regulator... then wait for TB and Injectors... also maybe get my HIDs installed.
