Most definitely not going to be ready for carlisi... I will be there in my daily though...
Things are taking longer than expected and I can only work on it on the weekends, and that's if my weekends are free (and they haven't been)
Let alone the time it will take to get a appointment to tune!

Then I need to get all the fittings and lines to hook up the turbo!
Then I need to install the whole fuel system, from the injectors to the new lines to the tank as well as rewiring and installing the new fuel pump!
Then I need to install the Wideband and the new boost controller!
Oh and I also forgot, since I have everything off I need to properly place my radiator in there and not have it just sitting there on the old brackets because the blades are hitting my oil lines so I tied those back to clear for now... and I need to weld on the new wastegate...
I think after that I can put the UIM back on and get it started. lol. so yeah I got a little bit to go, and I bet I am forgetting something here.
one day I will be done. haha

Not much progress again this weekend! picked up a new cosmetic goodie for the car! but while trying to see if I can extend the DP out to clear the WG I realized that its a bit too much... I went and ordered some 44mm flanges and a band and will be making a 90degree adapter for the waste-gate! hope it works out as planned.
Also tried to see if I would be able to align the DP with the mid-pipe without cutting but I might have to. was not lucky enough to just bolt up... BUT... I think a part of it is because the exhaust is just hanging there. and might be a little twisted.
I had to zip-tie the exhaust back up, the old zip-tie must have fallen off :-/

You mean its not normal to have zipties hold up your exhaust system. lol. just kidding. I had like 5 together and when it gets hot it melts into one big one!
^ Because it looks like the hanger broke off of the muffler. You can see the rubber mount is still there with the hanger in it.
The old exhaust that was on there the guy must have cut the hanger off the exhaust. actually looks like he welded the hanger to the bracket and then just off the bracket! so untill I can get it off and cut it out and redue a bracket I just need it up so I can align my exhaust properly.

So I had some plans on working on the car this weekend and that was a bust! Thursday I head to court to handle my speeding ticket from the rx7 which puts a damper in the weekend. then I get home from work on friday early and get ready to go to my garage and this is what I see on my DD, some *** hole broke in to my car! =(
So most of my free weekend was spent worrying about this crap! back the car next week I guess =(

yeah man, they stole my chucky cheese tokens! was so pissed!
but no, they took that. the took all my change in the ashtray and the spare $20 I had hidden in my glove box. and other than that nothing that was important to me! I mean they made a mess and broke the center counsel but left everything else! maybe they were looking for a gps or something.
still, sucks though
