I had a question though, does anyone know where i could find a diagram of the wiring set-up of my FD ? there are a bunch of wires and things in the front left of the engine bay (if facing the car from the front), and they look like they're in pretty bad shape, I don't know exactly what they are for and I would like to know what could be done to replace them or fix the problems they might be causing me. I have no idea what the hell they are though. Also, theres a bottle underneath them, what is that ?

i paid 23K, it had 16k miles on it when i got it and is at 18k now. The insurance is a non-issue, my dad handles that and when my mom called she told the insurance company we just got a Mazda. when the lady asked what model, she said "oh.. some.. 93.. r..x... 7 or something?" lady thought they bought a beater for me, ignorance definitely paid off for me. Also, this is counted as a secondary driver, and I'm the co-driver. Luckily, insurance is something i don't have to worry about until i'm out of the house
Thats not how they run insurance. They require a VIN to process your insurance. The VIN gives them an engine rating which they use to process risk/blah blah blah
Whats worse is if they actually did insure you for a beater. What happens if it gets into an accident?
You might get your car totaled out for like a grand.
Sounds like a large pile.

hrmmmm.. maybe my mom just said that so my dad wouldn't get pissed. all i know is i'm paying less for my insurance than my moms paying for her LS 430. Maybe its just cuz its not insured directly to me.
