You boys need to to come to Utah and play on the salt flats! sure it eats tires but the fun you have is well worth it (the **** in your pants is not).

175MPH, with a passenger, still felt like had loads left, but suddenly realised how quickly I could kill myself and bottled it! I was teaching a Suburu Impreza a lesson at the time and it felt good!!!

162, two lane divided highway. Either the road or the alignment was slightly off, I needed to make small steering corrections, because it wanted to drift left.

94 R2, dynoed at 250/250

164mph racing a Corvette on my way back from the Revolution about 3 weeks ago. Still had plenty of rpm to go....but the Vette backed off once we hit 155mph or so, he was about 2-3 cars back at that point.

I don't own an FD but, I did take one up to 150mph on a test drive! Long back country roads are in no short supply in my area an I told the guy I wanted to make sure it has *****. At 135 the dude just had a big smile on his face so I stayed in till 150. She felt like she had some more in her too.... It wasn't an R1 or anything 5-speed with the bose. Only reason I didn't buy the car on the spot was because I couldn't get over the red interior. Now I'm holding out for an R1.

183 kph in the Nagoya Inner ring tunnel. Fuel cut stopped me going any faster and the supra I was chasing sailed away from me. I think he had cut his wire....... going to have to cut mine. Mind you with the tunnel wall about 2 foot from right ear that felt fairly fast !
Used to get my Fireblade & TL1000s upto 200kph regularly and maxed out a prototype Ferrari on an Italian autostrada at about 260 kph but not quite sure because it ran off the end of the speedo

135 mph with 2 other FD coming back on the 5 South. We had to slow down near Magic Mountain because of CHP.

sat needle on top of 180 on speedo ... thats about 172 before any speedo error corrections so about 165. on R2 with cat back open pipe, efini pipe, rb Intake and GAB Shocks, hawk pads, brembo disks ... A MAJOR STABILITY ADVANTAGE. I have driven at 150 plus on and off track many times and think the R@ handles like a dream at speed.
