Turbo simplification

what about the turbo system simplification thats on robrobinette's site?

has any done that, anything you can say about it?

You are in CA, so I assume you are going to need to pass emissions testing. Do you have a plan on passing emissions after the Turbo Vacuum Line Simplification?

well i'm good for 2 years...and then i'm hoping to just pay someone off either that or put it back together

Then, your best bet is to order the Block Off plates. Once you block-off the emissions equipment, just remove the solenoids which controlled them.

After that, use some resistors into the female connectors that used to be connected to solenoids which controlled emissions (and a few other things). Then you'll end up with vacuum lines and solenoids which ONLY control the sequential turbo system (which is basically the Turbo Simplification).

BTW, with that Block Off plate kit, grab a Greddy Pulley kit (or other pulley kit designed to remove the airpump).

Sorry to dig this thread back up... but was the "do I just block everything off that isn 't in the diagram" statement correct?

I'm in the middle of this now.... was going to rehose the car to stock but this looks far easier!
