im 26, got my fd when i was 17-18 iirc. i currently work in IT at a large government defense contractor, but i'm going to school in computer science to switch over to programming. ive probably spent about $9k on my fd since i got it, so probably just over a grand per year (includes one engine and turbo kit rebuild)
I'm 20. Part time student and work full time in a parts store. I got my FD last year and have since dumped about $6k into it. I also have an FC that I've had since I was 15. I have about $18k in it. It's my barely street legal drift car

I'm 38 about to retire after 20 years in the Navy and looking for a new job now. Bought her in 2003 and have done a lot of maintenance to keep her going until I can get some good cash saved up to do some serious engine mods/new turbos.
70 was so bad on the job that they pay me not to go. just bought a 93r1 that is a project that got abandoned ( what the hell was i thinking) it looks like a money pit, also have a lotus seven clone with a 13b. if you don't stop they cant burry you.
im 21, got my FD when i was like 19. have had the car running since november 2011. so yeah the car was parked since '04 with blown motor, i picked it up and have put in a little over $3500 in it. still learning about the rotary game. great help from the guys here in the forum.
im 23 and im a mechanic at a golf cours. i buy somthing new for my car every week. lil things mostly but am saveing up to put a 13b twin turbo in her in the next month or soo... my dad owend her befor me n he kept it 100% org. oscoda, MI
46, but does it count that I bought my FC when I was 23...LOL! Yeah, kept her all these years, always wanted an FD when they first came out, but just couldn't justify the expense at the time when my FC was still in great shape. Barely see FC's around here anymore and FD's are virtually extinct in New England!
I'm 26, got married last year, baby on the way. I gave been planning to buy an FD since I was younger, but only now does it seem feasible; now I'll actually have money, once I get my career underway.

29, Traveling sales for a manufacturer of Floor Grinding and Polishig equipment. Ive owned a couple FDs and ran a small rotary business for a while. Bought my first fd 10 years ago last month. It was love then and still is now. Funny how what I thought was the "perfect" fd was at age 19 compared to what I think is the "perfect" FD now is two total extreme differents.
