changed from E85 to pump gas..... WOW

Just for the new ports i had done. I decided to break it in a little after opening the motor. Went to pump gas from E85 & OMG. I only put in around $30 dollars worth of gas ($3.80 a gal) and i it just got got below the quarter mark after more than a week of driving.

Went from Miami to West palm Beach, FL (113 trip) and made it there with $20 dollars worth of gas.

I know later on i will have to go back to E85 after the car is tunned. But i will miss the awesome gas mileage. Way better gas mileage than my girls Nissan Xterra.

Our '94 gets around 12-13 mpg in stop/start city driving and 21-23 mpg on highway, using CA 91 octane gas, which is around 10% ethanol.

Nissan xterra gets terrible mileage though. I used my sisters xterra for 2-3 weeks as she was in maternity and I was putting in 30 bucks gas every 4-5 days. This was when gas was like 3.79 btw. And my job is only 9 miles away and I use the turnpike lol

your mileage is probably from you driving the car so easy, but were you running on a e85 map?

the difference between city and highway is huge on these cars in my experience. 12-13mpg city (on E10 pump gas) is about right
