Almost done

I took delivery of my '94 about 1 month ago w/ direct delivery to Lucky 7. The car had been sitting in a barn for the better part of the last 10 years so I figured get it somewhere have all the fluids changed, belts and other items that probably have gone bad going so long without being used.

Getting the car in, we tested the compression and got solid numbers(mid-high 90's) on a mileage recent(5k) rebuild. KD Rotary had performed the rebuild, mild street port, about 12 years ago but again, since rebuild only 5k miles. Getting the car, I knew the turbos were failing, so I decided to upgrade from stock to BNR's, keeping it sequential. In the process all of the other items that need to be addressed; ECU, Fuel lines, I/C , injectors, etc.

Super excited and I think I'm only about a week away from taking delivery.. From there, I'll have other items to address but I should have a solid running car to enjoy.

How did you find the car. Why was it stored away in a barn since it was a running car?

It's a bummer of a story but yeah, the car was stashed away after an unfortunate event... After some time the family decided to sell the car and I found it via AutoTempest. The story, mileage and condition all matched up and I'm glad I bought it.

even if theres a sad story behind the car, It sounds even more sad that the car was sitting in a bard/garage that long. At least you can have it on the road and let everyone enjoy its beauty
