Collapsed line in the rats nest? Or you pinched one? Not sure what you mean.

Check the secondary throttle actuator. If it is not functioning properly (staying closed) then you will only get boost to the primary intake runners, this will limit the boost to about 5 psi.

Here is a site with a lot of info on troubleshooting the twins http://www.autosportracetech.com/RX-...leshooting.htm

Be sure to check all check valves, that they are facing the right direction, and isn't stuck closed.

Also check the lower intercooler plastic pipe, the one on the hot side, its plastic and they are prone to crack. I had this happen to me twice, both times my car would only boost 5psi.

I had low boost too ( made another thread regarding it ), and it turned out to be my coupler. I found it strange how I could get decent secondary with a weak primary. Either way a new coupler fixed the issue

On the stock turbo system, if the vac lines on the turbo solenoids are reversed you'll get a a 5-10-5 boost pattern. Happened to me once.
