Have you tried searching?

Most people use the stock turbo. If you want more then 250-270HP then you need to look at aftermarket turbos (or a hybrid stock turbo).

t3/t4's are too small. if youre gonna spend money on a newer turbo (like a t3/t4) then just go with a to4b or e. for the money you put down on that hybrid, youll be better off going with the to4b. in fact, if you wanted about 300rwhp, go with the stock hybrid. i believe infiniIV is selling one as we speak at a great price. or go with what aaron says above. the s5 stock turbo has a bit more output on it than the stock s4 turbo.

Ry.

No point using a different turbo if you only want to make under 300HP. With the higher compression, larger port area, longer port timing and S5 turbo almost 300HP should be easy.

Don't know if I should mention the engine has been rebuilt by pineapple racing, has the higher oil pressure, HD water seal, and has been street ported, would that effect my choices or procedures of putting it all together

Same answer. Unless you are willing to invest in an EMS system, then stock turbo. And if you have to ask, then perhaps this is not the best project...
