No.

"Easiest" would be to get an A'PEXi S-AFC or equivalent.
These aftermarket electronics allow you to adjust fuel delivery (at idle).

what about the idle tune. Coarse and light screws i mean. Technically dont they adjust how much fuel is delivered? I have a 90 gxl and i can do that.

well i dont have much time but there is a screw that will adjust where the throttle will sit at idle ie. when no acceleration or speed is initiated. If you scew in the screw more, the throttle will not be able to rest full shut (throttle will be more open at idle). If you unscrew it, it allows the throttle torest farther back (throttle more closed at idle) etc. I might be wrong in thinking this but thats what i did.

No one should ever mess with these controls unless absolutely necessary. They also control the mixture only at idle.

No, they adjust how much air enters the engine, and the ECU injects fuel accordingly. The mixtures do not change.

Other than the minor idle mixture adjustment on S4's (the variable resistor), there is no way to adjust mixtures without adding aftermarket gear. Stock mixture control would allow anyone to make potentially damaging (not to mention illegal) alterations to the engine's tune, and no manufacturer is going to give you that.

You're are correct in this sense - you are wrong that the screw adjust fuel at idle.
