I'm looking to buy the pre cats needed to pass the emissions test.

 

Unless you have a system custom made using aftermarket cats, the Bonez Dual Cat System 86-91 (fits only manual transmission) by rx7.com (https://www.rx7.com/store/rx7/fcexhaust.html#Nonturbo) is probably the only system you'll find that's readily available for your car. As an alternative, you could always try searching the junk yards, but there's no guarantee that any of those used cats will work effectively to meet your state's emission requirements.

 

Just make sure you keep the want to buy ads in the classifieds section. This is really bordering on that. Asking the best place to get the pre cats would have been the better approach. We just like to keep the forum organized.

No worries. You may not be able to access the classifieds section until you have 10 posts. Ince you have 10, you should be able to create a want to buy ad there.
