1991 crank but no start please help,
I have a 91 fc base model and it’s stock, Theres been a emissions delete done by the previous owner but that’s pretty much it I have owned the car for a few months now and it came with no radio and as I was installing the radio I bought I noticed that the white 20 pin connector on the cpu 2 was not plugged in all the way resting in spot just not pushed in all the way so I decided to plug it in, and immediately after a Chime had started to go off (I think it’s beacuse I don’t have a driver door sensor thing, anyways I went to start the car after that and the car wouldn’t start it would crank but not start. (The car has run just fine before I plugged this in)
The next day after doing some reaserch I tested a few things, first I checked spark and found I wasn’t getting spark in the front upper plug so I replaced the lead and now it’s gettimg spark, you can smell that the car is getting fuel, I have plugged and unplugged that 20 pin connector and the 6 pin above and tried cranking in every way still no start to I reset the ecu a couple of different ways undoing the large white connector behind the glove box, leaving the battery unhooked for up to 20 mins and even unplugging the ecu its self. And still no luck, I noticed that the check engine light wasn’t coming on when I tried to test for codes so I made up one of the little led testers, and got these codes
12,25,30,31,32,33,40,41
And at this point I’m not sure what to do next any help would be appreciated, thank you -beau

Code 12 is not good, that's the TPS. Possible causes are bad wiring or bad sensor.
Code 40 is auxiliary port valve. Possible causes are bad wiring, bad solenoid valve or bad ECU.
Code 41 is VDI control. Possible causes are the same as code 40.
All others are emissions related and you shouldn't worry about them. Maybe you could address code 25(prc system) which is a hot start system. I would address codes 12,40,41.
Check to see if your TPS is plugged in.
Plug the CPU in.
Is your battery strong? Did you do a compression test? If you didn't you should to save yourself some grief.
