Emissions Related Question

Ok so,

I have a stock 1991 rx7.
Would it drastically increase my emissions levels if i were to eliminate my catalitic converter with a cat-replacement pipe?
I mean to a level which I would not be able to pass the emissions test.
My car already passes with flying colors as is, I'd just like to know cause I'd really like to swap out all my exhaust with something more free-flowing.

Thanks,
Tom B

the simple answer is yes. You will not pass emissions without a catalytic converter on these cars.

you wont pass.
just get a test pipe and KEEP your cat and precats.
that way you can bolt them on when its emissions time.
