The coils ground themselves to te frame when you bolt them in.

Whip out a meter & start troubleshooting:
1) main relay (does it click?)
2) 40A EGI fuse (easy enough)
3) 12v at the black/yellow wire at the leading ignitor/coil connector
4) .8v timing signal at the green/yellow wire, same connector
5) good metal-to-metal ground between the coil pack & the chassis
6) CAS input signals to the ECU
7) good plug grounds on the engine (clean threads)

I would advocate checking the ECU first to see if its coming online...

Start easy then go hard...

Just for "live and learn", which ground?

The ignition system is not grounded through a wire (except the one with the capacitor), that's why I'm asking...

ITs one that has 2 cables with a fitting? on the end to bolt up somewhere.. I bolted it to the housing and from then on the coils where igniting, and the injectors where flowing fuel...
