Front Cover: M16x1.5
Rear Iron for Oil Cooler: M18x1.5
Oil Cooler: M18x1.5
Turbo Oil Feed on Front Iron: M14x1.5

If your oil cooler setup is stock, you'll need the funky 90 degree -10AN adapter from Mazdatrix to clear the frame rail at the oil cooler. Hoses should be -10AN here, -6AN is fine for the turbo oil feed. Be sure to replace the crush washers at each location.

I'm certain this has been covered a multiple of times and would suggest using the handy Search feature.

Any hydraulic shop.

Of course you can use AN fittings in your lines. That's what they're for.

Aaron, I think Sideways-FC was asking for a source to replace these Crush Washers in these locations. By converting your oil cooler lines to AN ones, you still need one crush washer at each location on the metric side of the fitting adapters.

Harbor Freight and Jegs offer SAE sized Copper Washer kits that are essentially identical, with HF's having a smaller pricetag. Even though they're SAE sizes, all have metric parallels as follows

1/4: M6
5/16: M8 (OMP lines lines, pump side)
3/8: M10 (OMP lines, injector side)
1/2": M12 (Modify for M14, see below)
5/8: M16 (Front Cover, 20B front turbo coolant fittings)

The only sizes not in it are M14 (Oil Drain Plug, Turbo Oil/Coolant Feed) and M18 (Oil Cooler). Fortunately M14 crush washers are common at any parts store. Alternately, one can carefully dremel out a 1/2" one as I've done for my rear turbo coolant feed/return. As for the M18 ones, copper crush washers can be re-used annealed by running a butane torch over them for 30 seconds per side. I have done this a few times with good results. But in the interest of reliability, keep a log of how many times you anneal them as their performance may decline. Just to be on the safe side, I'd stick to a maximum of 3 times, then replace with new ones.
