First you need to find out if its leaning out. Or Running rich. That way you will know 100% that its a fuel problem leaning out. And not a coil pack issue. Or swap out maf sensor. See if that changes anything. Not likely

There must be someone experienced in bridgeport rotary tuning near your area. Have you tried to find one? A hour of dyno tuning and advice is about $150-$175. At the very least you will get a dyno sheet and a wideband readout of your air/fuel ratio.

Another observation is your fuel tank gauge is either broke or you did that run without much fuel. It's possible the pump was picking up air and starving. I can not tell from the video if that was the sound of a lean running engine at higher rpms.

Rewiring the fuel pump can't hurt.

no we are saying the stock ecu is meant for a stock engine and expecting it to run a bridgeport isn't very realistic.

it needs to be tuned, you probably need more fuel, timing probably isn't right for a BP either.

I am going to take it to a dyno probably this weekend. depending on how much they charge ill run it and find out what the problem is.
