Help with motor...
When I let off the gas and I am in gear my car it feels like the motor shifts really hard like I can hear it go clunk and grab. Is this normal? Could I need motor mounts? Or is something wrong with my tranny?

If the pedal can go to the floor, either you have a massive amount of air in the system, or it's spraying fluid out. You'll have to dig deeper than just taking a look at the fluid level, but that would seem to indicate a leak may be the less likely option.
As for the clunking, if you're in gear and you give it some throttle & then hear a clunk that could be a an engine, transmission, or possibly rear end mount problem. You should inspect the mounts before buying all new ones. But if the clunk you hear is while you're shifting, that's gears grinding due to the condition the clutch system is in.

i have purchased new mounts anyways because I want to make sure everything is operational and new. I bought the tranny mounts and motor mounts so we will see how that goes. As far as the clutch I believe I should just buy a new clutch master and slave cylinder so I can rid that of being an issue. This way everything would be new... I purchased the car the way it is now so I have no idea as to the damage or issues with the car. So I figure if everything is new than I can limit the possiblities of future issues as well. I will keep you all posted as to how it goes. Thanks for your help.

Could be low on DOT3 in the clutch master cylinder reservoir or your pressure plate/release bearing has taken a **** on you. If you have no visible fluid leak, the internals seals on either the master or slave cylinder for the clutch could hve gone out. Has a friend watch the visible armature the slave cylinder moves while you pump the clutch. If it doesnt move either the master or slave is shot. The clunking when you step on the gas could also be the front differential mount.

Heres a link to see what they look like.
In order from left to right, the pic show the slave cylinder, fork, and throw out bearing.

Also, you can see the bleed valve on the slave cylinder. That is where you bleed the clutch line to get any air out.

The "pressure plate bearing" you speak of sounds like your talking about a throw out bearing. That's what actually pushes on your pressure plate. The slave cylinder is what pushes out the throw out bearing, its a completely separate part. Sounds like either your master or slave cylinder went out. If the slave went out, then no, you dont even net to touch the clutch.
