Problem with idle on rx7 13bts5

Hi

I have rebuilt the engine, remove all emissions solenoids and vacum spider, keep BAC valve and Warmup valve for idle questions.

Have a BNR stage 2 and 800cc on sec!

The engine start at first try, without throtle, but don't have idle!!! The timing is correct, I don't know what's the problem... I try to adjust the bac valve, but without any modification on problem...
I want resolve this problem first, to next program the SAFC...

Any idea of my problem?

regards

Vac leaks

or...

If it's just that it's trying to idle too low, adjust the throttle stop slightly. It's a phillips head screw with a spring, and is located on the top/back of the TB. You'll need to have the intercooler removed, if you have the stock top mount, and keep in mind a little goes a long way. Half a turn of the screw can mean a few hundred RPM difference in idle speed.

If it's a new rebuild, it may not have great compression yet. Use the adjust screw to increase idle speed while you break it in. A leaky BOV could also cause it to idle poorly. Are you sure it is closed at idle?

Thank you very much, the car Idle finally! The problem was a leaky Bov! Now I have Idle at 750rpm. What you think? The timing was a litle retard yet, the car don't like yet a advance timing...

Good, but don't advance the timing by rotating the CAS (or a programmable ECU). Doing that could very easily lead to a blown engine on a turbo. Timing is aggressive in stock form.

Yes, I know that the stock timing is very agressive. I have, maybe a 10º retard in relation with the stock mark on puley! but I have a dual EGT gauge, and I'm verifie all the time the EGT. I have 1300ºF all the time, a litle low yet.
The gasoline that i use have 98 octanes, is good to prevent the detonation.
