Okay so I:
~ Cleaned up the coil grounds and put star washers underneath to bite into metal.
~ I reset the RTEK
~ Checked connectors
The seems to hesitate a little less, but it is colder out today by about 20 degrees
I noticed that the car is sitting at around 1000rpm at idle (needs to be set)
However I think that the throttle body doesn't return all the way. I'm able to pull the petal towards me and the Idle dips to around 750rpm, hunts and almost dies. Should I be able to pull the petal towards me and effect the idle?
Also When checking the TPS voltage, I need to check the GREEN wire, correct?
The orange wire reads a steady 5volts...

Question about timing....
So I have a faint white marking on the lowest pulley.
~ Are there supposed to be two markings?
~ Also there seems to a slight notch clockwise from the faint white marking. ( about 1 o'clock with the white marking at 12)
When the timing mark is aligned with the pin, how are the bolts oriented on the pulley?
~Note no A/C or PS so its just the single lower pulley.

So now I noticed a lot more smoke (it's oil) after the car returns to idle speed after a rev up.
I adjusted an adjustment screw on the throttle body (facing out towards the front of the car), In order to get the TPS to 20% for setting idle.
Is this for TPS adjustment or does it effect the oil injection?
I can smell the oil burning hovering over the turbo manifold... and now I'm starting to notice a little bit of smoke coming up from around the oil feed lines.

Dusting this thread off...Did you ever find out what was causing the hesitation? I'm having similar problems with my S4 w/street port, 550/720 injectors, RTEK 1.7, and FD fuel pump. Car stumbles and backfires between 2.5k and 3.5k then smooths out and boosts just fine...?
