im really intrested in this as well. i have a S4 TII and looken for an adaptor plate and a FD UMI and TB. and possibly a S5 LMI if needed. keep up the progress NJ, i'd like to see the results and the rest of your procedure.

 

How many people with s4 are interested for an adapter?the guy who makes them here told me that he will make it if there are at least 5 people...

 

i'd be interested in the adapter to the s4 manifold. so that makes at least 2 people.

I don't think so, i don't have a dyno run as of now and I don't really have plans as of now either.

I'm more concerned about what to do for an intercooler. I really don't want to go front mount but I think it's going to be a challenge to keep the TMIC. I am thinking of some type of V-mount or modified top mount setup with alcohol injection.

 

why not a front mount?

and i gave him an s4 lim today so he will design a s4 adapter and will start makes them next week.but he told me (BECAUSE THERE ARE NOT SO MANY PEOPLE INTERESTED) that this adapter will be pre-order and he will make only as many adapters as he will sell. and will ship them all together at the end of the month.or right away when he reach the goal,whitch is 5 adapters.so start saving...

 

This is the same thing I have told theses guys. Preorder with me and I'll make them. I hate to say it but they won't.

What's the difference between the old ones and the new "FEED style" pieces??

I'm actually still waiting for my adapter to arrive from Greece....

 

the feed ones are rounded instead of what looks like sharp ends, im assuming the new ones will flow with curves of the intake manifold just like the feed ones do.

the flow is the same,i just push him to give them a little better shape,now i see them side by side there are not like feed (outside) but i'm sure that will do the same thing.when did you order your adapter?he has all the receipes of the post office (about 10) at the store,i can take a look for you...

That's cool man, I don't need it to look all bling though, I'm fine with the old ones as long as they work. I ordered mine on the 18th of February and he said it should be here by the end of this week - I'm gonna check the PO Box tomorrow morning.


the ones from greece are only $100 though.....
