Oil or coolant level sensor.
^
This.
Or your coolant level. One of the two, but more than likely, oil.

also, doesn't the redline buzzer make this sound? could that be messed up?

does it only do it when your moving? or does it go off when the wheel is turned when your parked?
also, it is pretty funny. if I were your friend i'd mock you mercilessly, and then help you fix it.

Sometimes you don't get all the bubbles from the top end tank of the radiator. Pull the sensor in the middle of the radiator and check for bubbles.

Yes, yes and yes. The coolent level is much more of a annoyance than it should be. Bubbles can easily hang around if you don't fill it exactly as required.

Look at the pic in post #195 in the following link. It depicts the low oil sensor (sensor with arrow pointing to it). Disconnect the plug from it and ground the wire then turn the key to on and it should cause the buzzer to turn on. Then unground the wire, tie it out of the way and then take the car for a spin and see if the car still wants to turn on the buzzer. If it does then the problem is either the coolant sensor or the wiring associated with the low oil sensor or some other absurd thing.
