This. Or your coolant level. One of the two, but more than likely, oil. |
check the wires maby something is grounding off
|
recently flushed coolant, burped and all, its fine. i filled up oil not too long ago as well, will it beep if the oil sensor is frayed or something? maybe thats it... the oil sensor is just at the bottom of the pan yes? ill check when i get off of work. thanks
also, doesn't the redline buzzer make this sound? could that be messed up? sorry, lots of questions here :D |
does it only do it when your moving? or does it go off when the wheel is turned when your parked?
also, it is pretty funny. if I were your friend i'd mock you mercilessly, and then help you fix it. |
Sometimes you don't get all the bubbles from the top end tank of the radiator. Pull the sensor in the middle of the radiator and check for bubbles.
|
only when im moving yes.
|
I'm betting it's the oil. Check it again, it can get lower rather quickly.
|
i filled it, say, 3 weeks ago, like not long ago at all

Why would you want to turn right? In NASCAR, they only turn left.
On a serious note, I have no idea. Sorry I can't help. :( Keep an eye on your fluids. Roto's inject oil into the engine. |
Look at the pic in post #195 in the following link. It depicts the low oil sensor (sensor with arrow pointing to it). Disconnect the plug from it and ground the wire then turn the key to on and it should cause the buzzer to turn on. Then unground the wire, tie it out of the way and then take the car for a spin and see if the car still wants to turn on the buzzer. If it does then the problem is either the coolant sensor or the wiring associated with the low oil sensor or some other absurd thing.

ok i just got to access my car (long story) and i checked the oil. it WAS low. now, heres the thing, i havent seen any pools of spilled oil at any time during my time with the car. where did all the oil go? again, i filled it about 3 weeks ago.
Thanks for all your help |
These engines inject oil into the combustion chamber to help lubricate the engine, if you have lots of high RPM action you generally go through oil rather quickly.
|
^ yeah, i knew that, but 3 weeks is crazy, i havent been doing too much high rpm stuff, its been a pretty tame month with college starting up again and whatnot
|
Then maybe you have a leak, or bad oil control seals.
