1990 rx7 clutch problem !

1st off i dont have a service manual or owners manual thats why i posting here.
my clutch was working fine just kinda soft sometime so i bled it 2 days ago.
didnt drive it but was still the same.
today went to drive it and theres nothing, it goes to the floor still comes back just barely. doesnt grab though.
filled it with fluid too.
i had a couple ideas of what it could be but was just wondering if any one had anything on it that could help right off the bat.
anything helps !
thanks in advance

Blown piston seal. They are like 40 bucks at the parts store. Just go get a new master.

The biggest bitch in replacing it is the top retaining nut. God...that thing is a bitch!

Facing similar problem, I replaced my clutch, master, slave and the slave line recently. But my clutch feels softer than ever before.

If u replace the master and slave, it should stiffen up a bit. Check ur clutch line while ur at it
