Alright I just bought a convertible rx7 and the pop-ups won't move up or down, right now they are stuck upright. The lights turn off and on without a problem. the Pop-ups don't make a sound. Not sure if it's a fuse or something more?

 

There are two fuses in the engine bay fuse box which you need to check and they are the retractor fuse (powers a White/Green wire) and the head fuse (powers a Red wire) which are both 30 amps.
