Turned up to 15-16psi.
Holy Hell.
Car is a ROCKET SHIP.
Didn't even get a chance to hit 4th gear. First run @ 16psi, hit it in 2nd gear and the coupler holding the midpipe together blew apart! Scared the **** out of me. Thought the car exploded, so loud into 3rd gear.
Certainly going to buy a cut-out now after hearing full-tilt, WOT, beast-scream of open downpipe! Sounds like an entirely different engine wow!
Jacked the car up to inspect the midpipe ordeal and found that the passenger side motor mount was halfway melted!!! NO WAY. Solid Delrin, 3-4" away from the manifold, but the puck looks like a half burned candle! Motor must be sitting a few mm lower on that side! UNREAL HEAAATT!
Going to take it down for a few things this week:
1. E-cutout
2. Aluminum Motor Mount on passenger side
3. RX-8 Fans (if I can find an '09 set)
Then onto 18psi

Come take a ride and you'll see both are plenty fast.
The real question is which is more iconic. I did LS's in two of mine for the drivability factor alone, no other purpose. Not to be "faster" than rotaries, etc. But LS swaps are everywhere now days. Zachs 20b car is as iconic as you can go with an FD in my opinion. His car should be in a showroom its so bad *** but like my dude says "cars are built to be driven" and i couldn't agree more.
With that being said,,,,,,
