Presumably the MVA Lower Intake Manifold is shorter in height than the stock items to allow the 20B to clear the bonnet whilst mounted in the FD frame? Is the stock UIM retained?

Wondering off the topic.... Do you guys think MVA Motorsport could equipt a 20B with the "Twin Kit", that could be found on rx7store.net? I know its better to run single turbo but just for kicks....

???? Abel has a pp motor and there is no upper or lower. They are welded together to make one big manifiold I believe. Not to mention the dozwn injectors. So I'd imagine only the upper is the same. Am I wrong? What about the throttle body?

Side port is the stock porting design. All types of porting on rotary engines are side ports, except for peripheral ports which are, well, peripheral ports

The MVA 20B Kit uses side ports, which are streetported.

:-)

Sure he could. But wouldnt like to think how much the manifold fabrication would be for a start !! Check out Arnies' baby:

http://www.evil7.com/arniesbeast.html

His car's going to run TWIN GT42's....but he's a nutter ;-)

A lot of hassle and expense when a single will do the job as Marcos has proven on the dyno. A lot easier to make fit too!

Yes, they could definitely do it. There would be fabrication work involved, but anything is possible almost! It would be a poor way to spend money though in my opinion.

We, can put a twin turbo setup if you want, The manifold alone with probally cost you around 4,500 in Inconnel and around 3,500 in stainless steal. You would get a big advantage on the twin setup unless you were goin pass 25 PSI,,,

You will also have little of turbo lag,,,,,so If the car is for street use, "stop and go" Single would work much better" Now, if the car is for all out racing, then twin is the way to go.
