Parts are really coming together Widebody Project update!
This is by far the sickest looking FB I have ever seen, I can only hope that mine turns out as nice! Major accomplishment for 19! Im 25 and just now getting started! Cant wait to see how it turns out!
Looks amazing Dan; Wish I had the patience and the know-how to complete such an awesome project. My Son and I are working on an '80 RX7 that we bought for $600.00. More than doubled the price with the body kit. We are keeping it a low budget (bonding) project, so defintitely not in the same realm as yours, but really enjoying it.

Hey guys, thanks for the compliments, a few updates. The engine is back in the car, put the fuel pumps in and installed the fuel tank. Have to try and search down a starter, and I am currently modifying the radiator mounts and fan shroud to work the way I want them to.
Here is a couple new pictures:

Thanks, was a very tight fit to get both pumps in the sump cup but I got it to work. I ended up putting the Y splitter, fuel heat sink and aeromotive fuel filter near the frame rail, should work awesome.
Everything can be done when you're tired and doing things last minute
Curious as to why you've tied one of the feed and return together but not the other? You should bling out and do like I did and use those chrome spacers

Hey Sam, the lines are just zip tied together temporarily, I just had them there to hold the lines where I wanted when I put the tank up, i'm planning on using the aluminum seperators as well.
Honestly the car probally hasn't run in 4+ years, it was painted (no idea how long it hadn't been running before that), than sat for a couple years. I have had it for a couple more years, so quite a while...
I worked on it a bit tonight and snapped a few more pictures. Sorry some are blurry hard to take the pictures on the setting i've been using.

Here is a quick display I made up, decided to make use of a waste iron and rotor, and take advantage of being in school and using the glass beadblsater.

Dan, compared to my widebody, your's is the 'Ahnold' version on steroids. Keep plugging away at it, I want to see vids of it on the street. Why did you mount the battery on the driver's side instead of the passenger side?

I'm just about finished though all that I have left on the top of my head (until I can fire it up):
Mounting the radiator
Mounting the oil cooler
Put all of the fluids in
Find and install a starter
Find where my alternator connector is and hook it up(FD alt)
Finish my grounds
Than hopefully it will fire up, knowing the way things go, it will not be that easy. But it's nice to know it's in sight.
Dan, your WB is coming along simply beautiful.
I can't WAIT to see the finished product! Damn, that car is f'ing gorgeous! And, I'm loving that motor setup. Looks like Trochoid beat me to the battery location.

Here's a few pictures from tonight. I am hoping this is the final mockup, after getting a few more small things everything goes together for good.
