tach gets its feed from the coil. it shouldnt have stopped working unless you disconnected some factory wiring. if you want it to work again just splice into the signal wire and run it to the tach where it is supposed to go

Well im not running the trailing coils right now so that might be why. Is it fed off the trailing or the leading coils?

the stock setup in fc's uses a switch in the trailing coil pack, so the tach wire sees both signals. If you are running a custom setup (not using the stock trailing coilpack) you will need to take your reference off of a leading coil, which will see the correct amount of signals. (if you wire to your trailing, your stock tach will read half of the rpms that your motor is actually running at)

So once I get my trailing coils working with the bosch dual channel igniter, then my tach should start working?

if you run the tach wire to one of the trailing coils (assuming your using two now) then your tach will read half the rpms that the engine is turning.

If i remember correctly, since im not using stock igniters, I ran the wolf tach output to the blue(i think??) tach test wire off the trailing coilpack.
