Every once in a while my tach just stays where its at, or refuses to read past 4k rpm. Also on cold days, my speedo will act weird for a few mins before reading normal. After searching it sounds like I may have bad capacitors on the tach and speedo.

Is there a good write up (preferably with pictures) on how to pull out the dash and replace those capacitors?

Anyone done the speedo capacitors too? It looks like there are about 10 of them, just wondering if you replace all of them.
