well i got a deal on the clutch... they asked me not to say how much i payed.... but total for the clutch and install was $800....and im not sure the specs on the clutch..tuning tech said it has 100lbs. more pressure than the act extreme w/ a stock like pedal feel..which i can vouch for the pedal feel..
i had no problem w/ mine lol.... i had my cams installed before i had to break it in and couldnt drive above 4k rpm and no boost anyways... so baby shifting and driving like a grandma wasnt a problem for me

ryan..... yeah, i know levon.... hes always at the track too and goes to the evo meets...... i didnt hear about his hp #'s.....holy hell thats very low numbers for all of that... and he was so excited to see what he got... id be mortified! lol...and yeah, ive drooled over the red evo x there for a while.. that turbo kit is sick!

Break in on clutches....hmm...I don't remember doing that on the seven.
well i got the car back... finally got to enjoy the new tune... WOW! she is veddy nice pulls pretty hard now hoping i dont run into any more problems in the days to come... it still has a hard time going into gear..so im going to take it to tuning tech to see if they will adjust my clutch to see if that helps... we shall see..... and a few new rattles when i first take off from a stop

As far as breaking in the clutch...well by the time I get back from RRE in traffic it should be broke in...and the drive to my office from Canyon Lake to Riverside should be enough.

My front diff mount bracket sheared off the subframe. Spent about 2 hours fabricating a new one out of 3/16" Steel plate. I'll be damned if it breaks again. Also installed delrin bushings in the diff ears. Socalrotor kindly donated them to me! Thanks again Steve! Car feels alot better Too bad TA tuesdays happens during training

Like yucaipa and beaumont is that much further away lol. I live right off orange, on the terrace which is that street that runs parallel to colton ave. its down the street from the stardust hotel or w/e...but anyways we need more meets in the area, and I dont do drifting anymore. I used to about 5 or 6 years ago but I'm just not that into it anymore, only been to adams once to watch the drifting there. I must of gone on a bad night cause no one there impressed me, they had a lowered truck there trying......

I have been to them back when I had my FD, never got to take it though cause it was always in the shop. But I went with Scott when he lived down here, and this was like 5 years ago btw. I bet a lot has changed in who goes and where you guys go to. If its the same I will be very surprised. But anyways yeah im gonna start going, just gotta know when the next one is......and if its the same meeting spot across from the old pep boys or w/e on E street I think it was?

Cool people for sure! I am planning to be at the next meet on Sept 12th, do not know what car I will be in yet but will be there for sure. It is the last meet before seven stock so I guess I need get something together. Jason are you going to make this 1?
Honroc, I'm definitely coming to this one! I usually only work in the afternoon to evenings, so chances are I'll be there. However if I have an afternoon shift, I'll have to skip lunch.

Cool Absence, looking forward to it! How is the clutch situation now a days? Is it all broken in, I am now just able to sort of jump on the gas in the red RX7 that I put a new clutch in.
