hahahaha... the guy in the black mr.2 had said last week he ran a 50.2... but i could have been mistaken, or he said it wrong.. which is always possible.. i have done that a few times.. but i do know for a fact that when you ran the 50.3, james announced it as the new track record..
and my car was dropped off yesterday.. lets hope he blasts through it and gives it back to me in time for tuesdays time attack session! *crosses fingers*

Jason, yes, its what AWD (4WD) vehicles have. its what "splits" the power to 4 wheels.
(on something like a truck). think of a drive shaft going into a box, (transfer case) then through gears you have 2 drive shafts coming out. one sent to a rear driff (like normal), one sent to a front diff.

Damn, 6-10pm tuesdays, I could probably squeeze in some runs after 830 or 9pm after training, once my diff mount is fixed. Socalrotor(Steve) kindly donated me his mount + extras! I can't thank him enough.

well...dropped the car off on wednesday.. dropped the transfercase off yesterday to get rebuilt.. both parties agree my car SHOULD be done late monday/early tuesday...so i am crossing my fingers tightly

Keith and Rob are coming over tomorrow to help / watch me cut the fenders some more and lower the car. hopefully this is the problem. dont know if I'm gonna be able to get it in to be aligned. might just have to do a crappy in house alignment to get me out there.

On my way to see District 9, I was riding shotgun on the freeway with a friend and saw this sweeeeet S14. It had an Nevada plate that read "Kouki". These pictures do it no justice.

I like big wings and all, but damn, thats just too much. especially on a street driven car. HALF that would be more then enough.
