When you come back to the East Bay I'm ready.

Here is the pic of the cut off and fast lighting in action.

There all packed but I took the forms to the laser cutting shop for the spacer brackets and they basically told me it would be over 2 weeks. I'm trying to work on a quicker solution now and will meet with Peter again to see if we can figure out another simpler way to space it) but at the moment we're looking at at least 2 weeks to have aluminum forms laser cut.

All of the lights are packed up in boxes ready to go with bulbs, ballasts, projectors, harness, etc. Packing materials and all... if you need them quick you could make a spacer for them and I could give you all the details of what we made.

The above pictures alone are enough to make the 2 weeks bearable.

Honestly, great looking work sir. Your company has definitely delivered.

Applause.

Thanks for the pics. Just I get few windows to work on my S5 Turbovert, and that weekend is the next one and probably the last until Summer.

I'll wait until you're happy that the kit is complete. Hopefully this will spark enough interest that another batch will make sense to whip up. A second time around will obviously be easier what with the learning curve yo went through for this batch.

the aluminum tube spacers are ordered, and should be arriving late this week. I just got a spare FC headlight bucket assembly and am sorting out the most secure method to hold the lights in the chrome frame now (be that a CNC laser cut plate in the back, square tube stock, etc). I'm working as quickly as I can but I don't want to jump into having these laser plates cut if there is a more secure (or quicker) method.

No but I made up a couple extra sets to stock. PM me if interested.

Status update: Looks like we've got a good solution for spacing, and parts are ordered. The boxes are all packed and ready to go, so as soon as the spacer parts come in, we'll bag em up, throw them in the boxes, and start shipping.

That said, if you have an outstanding balance, now would be a good time to start gathering up or submitting funds so your lights can be shipped as soon as the spacer parts are in. -Heath
