I'm willing to be a test fit Ginnie pig for your Miata housings into my FB if I know I can return them for full refund if they don't fit. Or, if it seems any grinding modifications to make them fit seems too intrusive to the framework. I have a friend that was able to fit your original kit to his FC, so I'd have that experience involved.

We make a Miata kit however I dont know if the depth will work. Our Miata kit (along with our FC kit) uses h1 bulbs which solve the depth issue associated with d2s bulbs. The beam pattern isn't quite as good as our original version however these are significantly more affordable units and have better clearance. I can post some pics of the 7" miata lights if you're interested.
