nono dont get too excited... thats just the confirmation that the shipping tags were created with your tracking number (which should automatically update you as to the progress). I'm still finishing up the connectors on the harness and then they have to be packed and dropped off. So they will be heading out soon but they are by no means going to be at your house tomorrow LOL

I've got my aluminized flame suit on let the flames begin

Where are they coming from? Are they coming from the West Coast or is Dan sending them out from Delaware?

After a shitty day of anatomy & physiology and microbiology, it's still good news to me. Every time I check the thread when there's an update to find nothing about progress, I die a little on the inside.
J/K Looking forward to receiving them

hey sorry I just saw this. We've spent all weekend extending all of the the harness grounds as the ballast wires seem to be slightly shorter than last time... and didnt want anyone to run into any wire length issues. So, all the lights are packed with just the harnesses left to be inserted with as many packing peanuts as we can cram in... everyones lights will be in the mail (usps international, fedex domestic) early this week!

there were actually two of you and they are currently on a plane, truck, boat, or some other fedex vehicle on their way to you and everyone in the US

International shipments I need to swing by the post office so hopefully I'll have those out by tomorrow ish

There are two local pickups... and after next wed I can arrange to get them to their respective owners (before that I'll be all over the place and gone this weekend, so sorry for the wait for the locals.... but we gotta give the east coast people at least a head start to get their sets )

Have you actually contacted them about it? I doubt you have to be worry about it. Hopefully they'll see your post and straighten it out. I've had a tracking number since 4/28, and it shows expected delivery for tomorrow. Once they posted up about sending tracking numbers you should have contacted them shortly after if you didn't receive one. GL!

When shipping orders overseas it's a bit more complex and lots of paperwork is involved. We can't just click and ship products. Sorry for the hold up guys, the lights are finished and I believe Heath has either shipped them out via USPS or he will be doing it today. I'll see if we can get you overseas guys some tracking numbers

It's not a matter of trust, at all!

It's just that it was two weeks ago that I was told they were just about ready to ship them out (answer quoted and directed to me personally, so it wasn't a general answer regarding the people in the states only) and that I was about to receive a tracking number very shortly. Obviously that didn't happen and it's just irritating to be on hold and have no accurate info about what's going on on top of that!

And Dan in all honesty and respect the extra paperwork does not justify the 2 week (and counting) wait at all my friend. I'd prefer to have heard any other kind of excuse but that really doesn't justify things...

Just trying to be honest and sincere about how I feel on this, as it has taken so so so long and we (or shall I say I) have not been kept in the loop the best way possible.

Guys, the amount of labor needed to fabricate each of these kits is high, and when you multiply it by dozens of sets of lights it becomes immense. Quite frankly it's much easier to sell and make a profit off of just about any other automotive product with the exception of ported irons and rotor housings.

I personally know of three people that are ready to buy this limited edition product immediately, so if anyone isn't satisfied PM me and I can put you in touch so that you can opt out of this Group Buy.

So basically what you're suggesting is that anyone that may have a complain (justified or not) is not really entitled to express it and that he/they gladly just take the boot and off the GB after they have waited for such a long long time and having deposited their money?

Whoever even dares to make a complain will not be tolerated, cause every one involved in producing these headlights is super human and above any thinkable mistake so no one can comment or express their unsatisfaction in any way, shape or form? Is this what you're suggesting?

I certainly hope not and I'm glad that you are not representing the sellers cause that approach is totally unacceptable!!!

I'm not suggesting anything, I think my statements are pretty easy to understand.

I've been in this industry over a decade as a customer, a shop owner, and engine builder.

Here's what I know for a fact: we own limited production, rare vehicles and getting superior products and service for them can be difficult. I also know that patience is a virtue, and I also know that throwing a mini-temper tantrum isn't going to get you your product any quicker.

I am super super patient and I think my stance so far has proven that. I never pushed anyone or nagged, I hope Heath can testify that based on his experience with doing business with me so far and having dealt with some mishapps already.

Having announced that everything is ready to get out the door and about to be shipped, which means that the production process that all of us have been super patient to wait for is over, but failing to do so for an unjustified period of time is a totally different story though.

I just don't react well with false promises and I honestly don't wanna take this out of proportion. Not being happy about not having the parts shipped (not produced, shipped) when or around the time announced right after completion of production I think justifies some kind of complain and expressed unsatisfaction!

First off, I would like to sincerely apologize for the shipping delay for the international packages! I realize you guys have been waiting a considerable amount of time already, (initially with the shortage of housings, then delays with a few of the projector components, then building etc) and it's not is not fair for you guys to wait any longer than the domestic packages that shipped out last week. The USPS unfortunately is open 9-5 when everyone is in work, and my schedule this last week just simply prevented me from getting their on lunch.

Excuses aside, this is a business, the lights are finished and packed, and everyone in the US has them en route. I dropped the ball last week on you international guys. The international lights will be in the mail tomorrow. If you guys aren't happy than we have failed on our end, cause it's not just Dan and I who make up SakeBomb Garage, its all of you guys as well
