For those with Pettit flares and larger than 10" diameter wheels, make sure there is a reliable shop that can align the care properly. In my town, there is NO ONE, that could align my 12.5 " Forgeline wheels.

I'd be surprised if his car has actually run yet. I think the bulk of his progress in the last couple years has been installing those flares.
Let's see some pictures of the turbo 'Busa next to the FD and a dyno sheet for the FD showing 455 RWHP.

Sorry, just had to say that.
About the LSX7 car...
The fenders are very tasteful, and I think they look great.
I DO like wide-body FD's where the fenders are molded, sure...because typically most people that go WB, have enough money to make sure it looks right.
You did a great job, and I see what you were saying about it adding too much roundness to the car. I'm a bit of an angular art-geek myself, so big thumbs up on that.
I agree with some that the rims look a bit small. I would recommend either going with 18's, running a 35-front/30-rear tire fitment, and maybe lowering it more..
If not that, some tasteful 19's would look good.
I can see where you're coming from about polished/chrome lips getting played out. I completely agree. I liked my old HP Racing-style 18's on my MBM FD, but for my current project, I wanted something with a lip, but that wasn't quite too gaudy.
I went with some Work Emotion XD9's:

(Thanks Archie, good man)
I might recommend a similar spoke-design, maybe bronze/gold-ish, if you're into that. I just think a brighter color in general will help contrast and better accent the nice curves you've got there. No?
I really look forward to seeing this front-end! I'm a big '99 front fan myself, but it sounds like you've gone above and beyond.

Hoo-yah, man. Keep up the good work. I look forward to seeing more pics!
It was probably just a big case of the braggies that he couldn't contain. Seems to be a lot of that around here lately, but then again, I got distracted by the home furnishing banner ad I just saw on this sold-out joke of a car forum, so...

lol...
If you MUST know, 1 rim was damaged by a retarded tire tech, so I got 1 brand new rim included.
:P
And yes, forgive me bragging. I like my new shoes. XD

Wow, don't you feel special for posting all that information?
I don't give a **** it if he just moved. I know how long it took him to get his car to that stage, and my statement that it'll be awhile before he can afford to do anything else worthy of pictures stands.

Wow, I just noticed you have MY old FD as your Avatar.
